Badia a Coltibuono Red Wine Vinegar

Situated high on a Tuscan hill, in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine district, the estate’s red wine vinegar refelcts their excellencein the art of fermentation. Made from specially selected wines from their estate, this wine vinegar is filtered through wood shavings, impregnated with vinegar culture. The vinegar’s complexity is further enhanced by maturing in wooden casks. The end result is refined, and traditional wine vinegar of the highest quality. Annual production in bottles is 8,500, with an acidity level of 7%.
