Bertagni’s fresh pasta is made from only egg and flour. They use only fresh cage free eggs and 00 flour for a silky pasta texture. The thin sheets of pasta and the shape of the pasta are adapted to the needs of the filling. Each filling delivers a promise of taste. They don’t use preservatives, yeasts, glutamates, aromas, or processed cheeses.
