Campanini Carnaroli Rice

This rice has a long, tapered grain with a central wide pearl. It is not very wide, cooks uniformly and amalgamates well with condiments. It is perfect for making rice salads, pilafs and risotto that require a less creamy consistency. The cooking time is approximately 16 minutes.
