Campanini Polenta (Special Order*)

This quick cooking yellow corn meal is finely milled to be smooth and creamy. It can be served hot, or cooled then fried, baked or grilled. Serve it with sausage, quail, shrimp, mushroom ragout or simply with marinara sauce.
