Clawson Reserve Blue Shropshire-Half Wheel

Traditionally made and lovingly matured, this mature and mellow cheese is the pride of Clawson’s master cheesemakers. The perfect Blue Shropshire will be a rich orange in color with distinctive blue veining and a golden crust. It is best accompanied by a good English brown Ale or, as with Stilton, by a rich fortified wine.
