Divina Itrana (Gaeta) Olives-Bulk

South of Rome along the rolling hills of central Italy is where Itrana olives are grown and harvested. Sometimes referred to as Gaeta (in honor of one the of the three main towns which grows the varietal), these olives are deeply smoky and earthy and often used for snacking on cheese and charcuterie boards.
