Created by Chef Kevin Hickey! Kevin was born & raised in Bridgeport. His cooking career spans thirty-five years, from executive chef at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts to the award-winning The Duck Inn. Chick Inn Dogs are made from chicken thighs and duck fat and are delicious served on a steamed poppyseed bun with traditional Chicago toppings: tomatoes, onions, green relish, pickle spear, sport peppers, mustard and celery salt.
