His cooking career spans thirty-five years, from executive chef at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts to the award-winning The Duck Inn. The Duck Inn Dog is Kevin’s tribute to the classic Chicago hot dog. Made with all-natural beef and duck fat in a hog casing. Top with all the classic ingredients of a Chicago dog, mustard, relish, pickled hot peppers, pickles, tomatoes, onions and celery salt and serve on a brioche poppy seed bun!
