Esprit du Sel Grey Sea Salt

Esprit du Sel grey sea salt is harvested from the bottom of the salt bays on the Atlantic coast of France. Its color comes from the high clay content in the earth and is not treated or washed like commercial salt. It has a very high mineral content and its crystals are comparatively large, with a flavorful aroma and taste reminiscent of the sea. Use it as a condiment for dipping with raw vegetables, or as a finishing salt for steak and fish.
