Bloomy Breeze has an edible bloomy and velvety-white rind that seals in a creamy and smooth, light-yellow interior. The cheese is aged about three weeks before wrapping, and it ripens and softens for another eight weeks or so as it makes its way to your table. Lactic, dense and buttery with sweet and milky notes.
