Fra’Mani Salame Nostrano

“Nostrano,” meaning “our own,” this is Fra’Mani’s version of a classic northern Italian salame. Mildly seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, garlic and white wine, this salame pairs particularly well with figs and melons. Fra’ Mani Salame Nostrano is made using natural pork casings, which impart a very desirable aroma and are the perfect host to beneficial mold and yeasts. Slice thinly using a mechanical slicer.
