Handcrafted in the tradition of the sopressa vicentina found in Vicenza, Italy, Fra’Mani Soppressata is coarsely ground and seasoned with clove, sea salt, pepper and white wine. This Soppressata is made using natural pork casings, which impart a very desirable aroma and are the perfect host to beneficial mold and yeasts. Slice thinly using a mechanical slicer.
