Mitica Wild Lavender Honey
A raw, monofloral Spanish honey cultivated from aromatic wild lavender. The lavender pollen collected by the bees contributes a delicate, clean aroma with a faint spiciness. The producers’ coop members cultivate the bees and collect the honey in the region of Murcia. It is light, floral, and perfect with aged goat’s milk cheeses like Garrotxa. It can also take the edge off potent blues like Valdeon or Cabrales.
