Silano Potato Gnocchi

Silano Gnocchi are light and fluffy Italian dumplings. They are pale yellow and oval shaped; the dough is rolled out into a long cylindrical piece which is cut into small bites and drawn out with a fork pattern on one side. The high percentage of potatoes makes these gnocchi lovely and soft and gives them a particularly delicate taste.
