Villa Manodori Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chef Massimo Bottura commissioned one of Italy’s best Tuscan olive oil producers to create this all-purpose oil he uses at his three Michelin starred restaurant, Osteria Francescana, in Modena, Italy. Produced from Mariaolo and Leccino olives, its taste is not overly strong, nor too mild, in other words, an “everyday gourmet.”
