Dalmatia Plum Spread (Special Order*)

Blue plums from the pristine Pannonian Valley are nearly the only ingredient in this traditional recipe. Its sweetness comes from naturally occurring plum sugars. Fresh ingredients and slow cooking methods create a velvety spread of concentrated plum. A perfect addition to any pâté, charcuterie or cheese plate, delicious with Emmenthal, Fontina or Gouda cheese or as a filling for blintzes – just add sour cream!
