Delitia Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP-7 oz

Imported Italian Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO. This wonderful fresh cheese, with fragrant and delicate flavor, is produced with pasteurized Water Buffalo milk from Cooperativa “La Contadina” Soc. Coop. a r.l., right in the heart of the PDO area of production of Mozzarella Di Bufala Campana. The cheese has a uniform porcelain-white color, oval in shape, with a very thin and glossy rind; compact and with a rather springy body. When cut across a whitish, lightly acidulous whey, smelling of milk ferments, oozes out.
