Rich in taste and aroma, our batch churned Pepe Saya Cultured Salted Butter in logs that you cut to size. Made with grass fed cream that has been cultured, creating crème fraiche, and then batch churned to create the unique creamy, tangy flavour. Lightly salted with Oregon sourced sea salt. There are around 13-15 logs per box (5.5lb total), with paper Pepe Saya tabs to place on top
